• Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 30 days. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded as a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount. In contrast, returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that returned items must be in new condition. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed/personalized items, made-to-order items, and final sale items ending in .97, .98, or .99. Sorry, we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
